About Me
Iām Ella, a UX Designer with a background in Applied Psychology, specializing in transforming high-stakes technical complexity into intuitive, user-centered experiences. Drawing on my experience at Xometry, I bridge the gap between industrial requirements and human mental models to build scalable designs that reduce cognitive friction.
I combine my deep understanding of human psychology with a practical design process to translate user needs into clear, actionable solutions. I'm passionate about the entire product lifecycle, from navigating initial ambiguity to iterating on user feedback after launch.
I'm looking to bring my skills in UX, UI, and rapid prototyping to an early-stage startup where I can have a foundational impact on the product and culture.
Outside of my work, I love singing with my choir, crocheting for my friends and loved ones, and hiking around the Bay Area.
